Unfrequented, the Massif of Queyras has kept all its authenticity. You will stay the first 3 nights in Saint Véran, which is proud to be the highest inhabited town in Europe (2040m) and the last night at the La Blanche refuge.

Sébastien Laurent
A mountain guide for over 25 years, Sébastien combines technical expertise and pedagogy. Trained in alpine geography and a veteran of international expeditions, he accompanies you in French, English and Spanish towards your mountain goals.
Discover the complete course of your internship day by day. Each stage is designed for your technical progress and safety in the mountains with an experienced guide.
Meet at 8 am in front of the Mt Dauphin SNCF station (Queyras), for the participants to arrive by train.
Meet the group with your guide and check the equipment. Direction St Véran (Queyras) for a 1/2 day of off-trail skiing, in order to become familiar with skis and ski touring boots.

Height difference +: 1 081 m - Difference in altitude -: 500 m. This summit of Queyras offers descents to the south and to the north. In this way, we will choose the best option for this day of ski touring.

Refuge de La Blanche > Tour de la Tête Des Toillies > St Véran
Height difference +: 1 081 m - Difference in altitude -: 500 m. For our last day, we will go around the splendid Tête Des Toillies which culminates at 3025 m, overlooking the Col de Chamoussière and St Véran. A superb descent of 1460m will take us back to St Véran. So ended our ski touring raid in Queyras.
